Wills/Probate Paralegal required in Pontefract and Castleford
Well-established West Yorkshire law firm require an additional Wills/Probate Paralegal to join their team based in either Pontefract or Castleford. You will assist on and handle a caseload of the full range of private client matters; wills, probate, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. Ideally full time hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
You will need:
· Ideally at least 12 months experience handling or assisting on a caseload of the full range of
private client matters; wills, probate, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters,
· Experience of use of IT systems; MS Word and Outlook in particular,
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the
phone,
· To be a team player.
