If you are successful in securing an interview, we assist with the preparation and keep you informed throughout the process. We take time to understand every client we work with, allowing us to give you an insight into the ethos of the company and what they are looking for.

After the interview, we give you honest feedback from the client and talk you through your next steps. If you are the successful candidate, then we can help you negotiate the terms of your contract and the commencement date.

If you accept an offer, then we provide resignation support and guidance on how to manage any issues that arise during your notice period. During your transition, we’ll act as a liaison between you and your new employer and continue to offer support until you have fully settled in.
