Our founder, Claire Cox, has over twenty years of experience working with legal professionals, including practising as a Solicitor herself for three years after qualifying. Understanding your needs
The first part of our recruitment process is taking the time to understand what you need so we can find the most appropriate candidates. We also give guidance on salary levels and benefits, to make the offering as attractive as possible.
Sourcing candidates
We advertise your roles using a variety of mediums including our website, social media and suitable online job boards. We also actively approach suitable candidates from our candidate database and contacts we have been passed as referrals and through networking sources.
Screening candidates
We check the suitability of candidates and provide detailed backgrounds and concise CVs so you can make informed decisions.
Arranging interviews
We liaise with all candidates to arrange interviews. We will also take care of providing the candidates with any feedback afterwards.
Making the offer
Once you have chosen the most suitable candidate, we can assist with negotiating the offer and drafting the offer letter. We’ll help the candidate through the resignation process and ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
