Childcare Solicitor required in Sunderland
Progressive and ambitious award-winning law firm based in Sunderland are seeking an additional Childcare Solicitor/Legal Executive to develop and expand their existing team. You will handle own caseload which is mainly dealing with care matters. There will also be the option to handle private Children Act matters, should the successful candidate wish to.
You will join a team of leading family law solicitors that have a wealth of experience of dealing with public and private law proceedings. Their solicitors are all members of the Law Society’s Children Law Panel and Resolution and are also supported by friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable Paralegals, Legal Assistants and Secretaries.
Career progression will be available including progressing towards Panel membership.
Flexible/Hybrid working is also available.
You will need:
• At least 5 years’ experience of handling own caseload of the full range of childcare matters.
• Happy to consider Solicitors and Legal Executives with the right level of experience.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Experience of working to the Lexcel standard is desirable.
