Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal required in Sunderland
Progressive and ambitious award-winning law firm based in Sunderland are seeking an additional Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal to develop and expand their existing team. You will handle own caseload which is a mixture of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors. Many clients are long-standing clients of the firm giving repeat instructions. The successful candidate will join an established team with a broad client base.
You will need:
• At least 2 years experience of handling own caseload of the full range of commercial property matters, including commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work.
• Happy to consider Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with the right level of experience.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Experience of working to the Lexcel standard is desirable.
