Dynamic, forward-thinking law firm based in Newcastle are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or FILEX, minimum 4 years PQE.
You will handle the full range of non-contentious Private Client matters – all aspects of Wills, Trusts & Probate in particular Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Estate planning. You will also have the full support of an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant.
You will need:
- At least 4 years experience of handling own caseload of the full range of private client matters – wills, probate, court of protection and powers of attorney.
- Excellent technical skills required and the experience to manage more junior staff.
- Preferably STEP qualified or part qualified or willing to undertake STEP qualification.
- To be highly motivated and ambitious – keen to develop and enhance their own personal development.
- High standards of client care.
- Good attention to detail.
