Experienced Conveyancer handling residential property caseload
Well-established law firm requires an experienced Conveyancer, based in Middlesbrough, to handle a caseload of the full range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, Transfer of Equity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer to develop their career in a growing firm with long term opportunities for progression. Candidates seeking part time hours should also apply.
You will need:
• At least 2 years experience as a Conveyancer handling own caseload of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion,
• Excellent client care skills,
• To be a team player and be highly self-motivated.
