Experienced Private Client Solicitor to be based in Thirsk
One of the largest law firms in North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire requires an additional experienced Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner to be based in their Thirsk office. The role could be on a full time or part time basis and they also have hybrid working.
You will handle a wide range of non-contentious Private Client matters – all aspects of Wills, Trusts & Probate in particular Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Estate Administration.
You will need:
• At least 3 years experience of handling own caseload of the full range of private client matters
– wills, probate, court of protection and powers of attorney.
• To be highly motivated.
• High standards of client care.
• Good IT skills.
