Childcare Solicitor required in Stockton-on-Tees
Forward-thinking law firm based in Teesside are seeking an additional Childcare Solicitor/Legal Executive to develop and expand their existing family law team. You will handle own caseload, with support, which is mainly dealing with care matters.
You will join a team of leading family law solicitors that have a wealth of experience of dealing with public and private law proceedings. Their team consists of 5 fee earners with full secretarial support.
Career progression will be available including progressing towards Panel membership.
You will need:
• At least 2 years experience of handling own caseload of the full range of childcare matters.
• Happy to consider Solicitors and Legal Executives with the right level of experience.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Experience of working to the Lexcel standard is desirable.
Great salary and benefits package. Standard office hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
including; 25 days holidays plus statutory days, free parking and contributory pension. Happy to consider full time and part time candidates – minimum 4 days per week ideally.
