Commercial Property Solicitor required in Stockton-on-Tees
Well established law firm requires an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Stockton on Tees due to expansion. You will manage a full and varied caseload to cover the full remit of Commercial Property matters.
You will also be involved in business development/marketing activities within the Commercial Property Team and across the wider firm.
You will need:
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property matters, handling matters from instruction to conclusion,
• To be able to work independently as well as being a team player,
• To be highly organised and a strong communicator.
• To be commercially minded and possess excellent client care skills.
