Residential Conveyancer required in Middlesbrough
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in conveyancing and be confident in all aspects of the process, from start to finish. Dealing with good quality work (not referral work), you will be responsible for providing a high level of client care to clients, ensuring that their property transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities to include:
• Handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters; sales, purchases, remortgages
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and other professionals
• Track and manage the progress of transactions
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements
You will need:
• Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor/FILEX or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing – handling own caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
