Corporate Lawyer required in Leeds
• Are you an experienced Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years post qualification experience handling own corporate caseload?
• Are you keen to join a progressive firm with long-term career opportunities?
Based in Leeds – you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients (predominantly the healthcare sector) on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. You will also be involved in drafting and negotiating legal documents and providing client management and relationship building.
Experience in healthcare is preferred but not essential. Happy to consider all levels of experience from 2PQE.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Benefits include; company pension, free parking, flexible working hours, PMI (after qualifying period).
