Paralegal required to join a busy successful and expanding Commercial Property team in Leeds
Exciting new opportunity for a Paralegal to join a busy, successful and expanding Commercial Property team based in Leeds. The department acts for predominantly commercial investors, funders, developers and occupiers. They include commercial banks, housebuilders, infrastructure companies (telecoms and energy) and holiday and home park operators.
They handle a very broad range of work, including acquisitions, sales, lettings, refinancing option agreements, development agreements and strategic property advice.
You will need:
• 12 months experience minimum as a Paralegal/Assistant in commercial property matters.
• Be commercially aware and an excellent communicator.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Good IT and organisational skills.
