Well-established law firm based in County Durham are seeking an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Paralegal due to expansion to be based in their Bishop Auckland office.
You will handle, with supervision, a wide range of commercial property matters, including business sales and purchases and commercial leases.
You will need:
• At least 12 months experience – ideally of handling own caseload of the full range of commercial property matters.
• To be highly motivated.
• High standards of client care.
• Good networking/business development skills.
• Good IT skills.
