Reputable law firm based in Newcastle are seeking an additional Commercial Property Solicitor or to be based in their Newcastle office. This role could be full time or part time and they also offer hybrid working.
They have a large property law department offering the full spectrum of property law services. Each solicitor within the team has dedicated PA support.
You will handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including business sales and purchases and commercial leases.
You will need:
• At least 2 years experience in commercial property – ideally of handling own caseload of the full range of commercial property matters.
• To be highly motivated.
• High standards of client care.
• Good networking/business development skills.
• Good IT skills.
