Commercial Property Fee Earner required in Wakefield
Well-established Yorkshire law firm are seeking an additional Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their busy Commercial Property team based in Wakefield. You will assist within the Property Department dealing with all manner of Commercial Property transactions, working alongside the Head of the Department – transactions to include commercial sales and purchases, leasing and refinancing. Happy to consider Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with the required experience.
Full time and part time/flexible hours and home working available.
You will need:
– To be a Commercial Property Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years experience handling the full range of commercial property matters,
– Commercial awareness.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and excellent client care standards.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
