Employment Solicitor to work alongside the Head of Department
Well-established law firm based in Middlesbrough are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to develop and expand their existing team. You will need at least 2 years experience of managing your own caseload of the full range of residential conveyancing matters. The role is not limited to qualified applicants as applications from suitably experienced paralegals are welcome. Part time candidates should also apply. You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include:
• sales and purchases
• help to buy
• re-mortgages
• new builds
• lease extensions; and
• buy to let.
You will need:
• At least 2 years experience of managing your own caseload of the full range of residential conveyancing matters, including experience of leasehold and freehold matters.
• High standards of client care.
• Good teamworking skills.
