Conveyancer required in Leeds
Well-established law firm requires an experienced Conveyancer, to be based in Leeds, to handle a caseload of the full range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, Transfer of Equity. You will have the full support from an experienced Secretary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer to develop their career in a growing firm with long term opportunities for progression.
You will need:
• A minimum of 3 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold,
• Excellent client care skills,
• To be a team player.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary package including generous bonus scheme and long-term prospects. Standard office hours are: Monday – Thursday 9-5.30 and Friday 9-5, 23 days holidays plus statutory, bonus scheme.
