Property Paralegal/Fee Earner required in Hartlepool
Well-established law firm in Hartlepool are seeking a confident and experienced Residential and Commercial Property Paralegal/Fee Earner to be based at their new office in Hartlepool.
You will be required to attend on clients, provide quotes, take instructions and provide updates, showing an ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising your workload and progressing matters accordingly.
You will need:
• At least 12 months experience in handling or assisting on a conveyancing/commercial property caseload with a varied knowledge of freehold, leasehold and right to buy matters from initial instruction through to post completion.
• You must be computer literate and be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
• You need to be precise in your work and have exceptional client care skills.
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with a range of people from all backgrounds and work as a team member.
Salary negotiable on experience.
