Court of Protection Solicitor required in Huddersfield
• Are you a Court of Protection Solicitor with a minimum of 12 months experience?
• Do you have an ability to establish a rapport with clients and contacts?
• Are you seeking to join a very well-established department with a great reputation?
Based in Huddersfield – you will join a well-established team and handle a full caseload. The team deal with a variety of matters including: Serious Medical Treatment matters; applications to the Court of Protection including Section 21A challenges and matters concerning best interests.
