Court of Protection Fee Earner with at least 12 months experience required in Halifax
• Are you a Court of Protection Fee Earner with at least 12 months experience handling own caseload?

Working alongside experienced Partners, you will be handling a broad range of Court of Protection financial matters, providing legal advice to and acting on behalf of clients who have lost capacity to manage their own affairs. Duties will include; application advice, professional deputyship and ongoing deputyship administration.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience, and the firm offers a benefits package, as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression.
