Corporate/Commercial Solicitor required in Stockton on Tees
• Are you an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE?
• Are you seeking an opportunity for progression to head of department?
Joining an established team and based in Newcastle or Stockton on Tees – caseload will include; acquisitions, mergers, and disposals, business start-ups, corporate finance, e-commerce-related legal issues, franchise agreements, intellectual property matters, MBOs and MBIs, re-organisations and demergers, shareholder and partnership issues and company secretarial work.
Part time or term time hours considered. Hybrid working arrangements also available.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
