Conveyancing Manager required in York
• Are you a Conveyancing Solicitor or Commercial Property Solicitor/FCILEX with at least 3 years experience?
• Do you have experience in plot sales (either inhouse or private practise)?
• Do you have supervisory experience?
• Are you seeking a role with hybrid working? Hybrid policy includes up to 2/3 days working from home after probation period.
Based in York inhouse for a national Housebuilder – the role will include:
• Preparing documents and portfolios for setting up sites for plot sales.
• Dealing with a wide range of development matters including road and sewer agreements, drainage and service easements, transfers of public open space, management companies and residual land sales.
• Supervising, supporting and actively managing a team of conveyancers.
