Commercial Property Solicitor/Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience required in Skipton
• Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor/Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience or are you a Conveyancing Solicitor interested in retraining into commercial property?
• Are you seeking to join a well-established but progressive firm with a great client base?
You will handle a caseload of the full range of commercial property matters; including commercial sales and purchases, option agreements and similar arrangements, commercial leases (acting for Landlords and Tenants), commercial property finance, and agricultural property (including overage agreements).
The role is full time/part time, based in Skipton with hybrid working (2 or 3 days working from home is supported/encouraged) and flexible working hours.
