Commercial Property Solicitor required in Otley
• Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience?
• Do you have an ability to establish a rapport with clients and contacts?
• Are you seeking to join a well-established firm offering partnership prospects?
Based in Otley, West Yorkshire – you will join a well-established team of 2 Partners and handle a caseload of commercial sales and purchases including portfolios, landlord and tenant work acting for both landlords and tenants and small business acquisitions and disposals. No following is necessary – there is a regular flow of work from a number of high-net-worth individuals and small businesses.
