Commercial Property Solicitor required in Harrogate
Our client is a reputable law firm with 4 offices across West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire
They are seeking an additional Commercial Property Lawyer with 5 PQE + experience to be based in their Harrogate office. The successful candidate will ideally have an established network of business connections and actively engage in business development. You will have experience of working in the Yorkshire region; and be willing to act as mentor to support junior colleagues.
You will be working in an open plan environment and the position is likely to be part office based and part remote working. The focus market is Yorkshire, but many clients are based outside the region.
You will need:
• At least 5 years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience in any of the following: retail sector, residential and commercial property development site creation, and charities, leasehold enfranchisement would be an advantage.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Good business acumen.
• An interest in business development/marketing.
