Bailey Hunter is celebrating a decade of delivering results

Bailey Hunter is ten years old and we can hardly believe it. Since 2008, we’ve been successfully placing talented candidates within the legal sector, whilst surviving the recession and we think that’s something worth celebrating.

New website
After ten years of doing what we do best, we decided to treat ourselves to a makeover. Our website has had a complete overhaul and we think it looks great. The site has a fantastic fresh feel to it but most importantly, it’s been designed to make it easier for both our clients and candidates to navigate.

New blog
To complement our lovely new website, we’re dedicating more time to keeping our blog up to date with tips and advice for both clients and candidates. After all, we’ve learnt a lot about the industry over the past ten years, so it makes sense to share some of our expertise.

Same excellent service
Although we’ve updated our website, there are some things that won’t change. Ten years on, we’re still as passionate as ever about providing high-quality recruitment services to the legal sector. We’ll continue to deliver the same personal service to every single one of our clients, building on the strong relationships we’ve already established. We focus purely on recruiting legal professionals and this has allowed us to become experts at what we do. We understand exactly what type of people it takes to build a successful law firm and we’re skilled at sourcing them for our clients. It isn’t enough to just find candidates with the right qualifications, we ensure they are a good fit for our client and that our client is a good fit for them too.

As you can imagine, we’ve built a comprehensive database of candidates over the past decade. We stay in touch with many of the candidates we’ve placed, and they often connect us with new talent ready to progress to the next stage of their career.

As well as working with our clients to recruit and retain the right people for their organisation, we also help our candidates secure the roles they deserve. Our knowledge of the legal sector and relationships with reputable law firms allows us to get our candidates in front of the right people. We have the experience to know what our clients are looking for and we help candidates
ensure that they showcase these qualities in their CV and in interviews.

What’s next for Bailey Hunter?
We’re extremely proud of the reputation we have built as a legal recruitment specialist and we’ll continue to maintain our excellent track record. The legal sector is where our passion lies so we’ll continue to focus on this area. Our plan is to continue growing our team of experts, building our client base and delivering results. We aren’t looking for world domination; we’ll settle for being the go-to company for law firms with a recruitment need.
