Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer based in Huddersfield
Well-established law firm requires an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer, based in Huddersfield.
You will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload including both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buys and shared ownership schemes from start to finish.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer to develop their career in a growing firm with long term opportunities for progression.
You will need:
• Ideally around 2 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold,
• Excellent client care skills,
• To be a team player.
