Private Client Solicitor (10PQE+) required in Huddersfield
An established and highly regarded Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor (10+ PQE) to join its’ Huddersfield team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking for a role offering high-quality work, autonomy and genuine work-life balance, within a supportive and friendly firm.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families where appropriate
As a senior member of the team, there will also be scope to mentor and support more junior colleagues, contribute to the development of the department and become involved in business development and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients and referrers.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who:
- Has 10+ years’ PQE and substantial Private Client experience
- Can confidently manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Has strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and LPAs
- Provides an excellent, personable service to clients
- Is commercially aware and comfortable developing professional relationships
- Enjoys working collaboratively and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive regional practice
