An established law firm in Bishop Auckland is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team.
You will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, providing clear, practical and sensitive advice to clients.
The work will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial arrangements following relationship breakdown
- Private children law matters
- Domestic abuse and injunction proceedings
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
The Candidate
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Family law
- Experienced in independently managing a family law caseload
- Technically capable, organised and confident dealing with sensitive matters
- Committed to providing excellent client care
- A strong communicator with a practical and empathetic approach
- Willing to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the department
