Our client, a highly regarded and expanding law firm in Harrogate, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its successful team due to continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Yorkshire’s leading firms, recognised by The Legal 500 and some national rankings also achieved.
The firm is ideally looking for someone with around 3–5 years’ PQE, although there is flexibility for the right candidate with strong relevant experience.
The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious matters, including:
- Commercial disputes
- Insolvency disputes
- Mediation and arbitration
- Partner/shareholder disputes
- Property and construction disputes
- Reputation management
- Sporting disputes
- Contentious trusts and probate
This is a broad commercial litigation role offering high-quality work, genuine variety, and the chance to develop your career within a well-respected and supportive team.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, min 3 years PQE
- Have solid technical ability and a practical, commercial approach
- Be confident managing a varied caseload
- Be able to build strong client relationships
- Be keen to progress and develop within a successful and expanding firm
