A well-established and reputable law firm in Huddersfield is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years’ PQE or above to join its’ growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and commercially minded Solicitor to handle a broad range of quality commercial property work within a supportive and friendly firm.
The role will involve handling a varied caseload including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Development work
- Property finance matters
- General commercial property support for business clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience of managing a caseload with a good level of independence
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach
