Are you a highly motivated NQ to 3PQE Corporate Solicitor seeking a rewarding role within a dynamic and supportive environment?
We are looking for a dedicated individual, ideally with at least 6 months of experience in a Corporate role to join our clients’ expanding team in Leeds. This firm are an award-winning law firm with several offices across West Yorkshire.
In this role, you will:
- Provide essential support to our team of experienced Corporate Fee Earners – working on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, company sales, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
- Play an integral role in drafting and negotiating key corporate documents, conducting legal due diligence, and advising clients on corporate governance matters.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail, ideally with at least
6 months experience in a similar role.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent drafting, negotiating and communication skills.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ambitious and eager to learn with a desire to develop their career within a forward-thinking company
