Conveyancing Assistant with 12 months' experience required in Bingley

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal seeking a rewarding role within a friendly and supportive environment?

We are looking for a dedicated individual with at least 12 months of experience in a conveyancing support role to join our clients’ established team in Bingley, West Yorkshire. The role is full time and office based.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide essential support to an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner on a 1-2-1- basis.
  • Handle a variety of tasks, including:
    • Preparing and amending/drafting legal documents
    • Managing correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
    • Handling client enquiries and resolving queries efficiently
    • Maintaining accurate records and files
    • Diary management and appointment scheduling

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail with at least 12 months experience in a similar role
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Happy to assist with other admin duties as required in a small office environment.
