Are you a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Secretary or Commercial Property Secretary seeking a rewarding role within a friendly and supportive environment?
We are looking for a dedicated individual with at least 12 months of experience in conveyancing or commercial property to join our clients’ established team in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, providing secretarial and PA support to busy Fee Earners in the commercial property department. The role is full time and office based.
In this role, you will:
- Provide essential support to experienced Commercial Property Fee Earners.
- Handle a variety of tasks, including:
- Preparing and amending/drafting legal documents
- Managing correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Handling client enquiries and resolving queries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail with at least 12 months experience in a similar role in conveyancing or commercial property
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
