Conveyancer (Job Ref: BH3962)

An established law firm is looking to recruit experienced Conveyancers to join its busy residential property team.

The role can be based in Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Morley or Guiseley, depending on preference. Hybrid working available, after probation period, 2 days per week working from home.

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New-build transactions
  • Dealing with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Managing files efficiently and progressing matters to completion

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Good knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and organised approach
