Conveyancing Assistant – Near Pontefract/Doncaster | Hybrid Working Available

A well-established and reputable law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team in their office located between Pontefract and Doncaster.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in a similar role to develop their career within a supportive and structured environment.
The role:
- Processing tasks using digital dictation (BigHand)
- Using a case management system
- Requesting searches, carrying out AML checks and submitting Land Registry applications
- Handling telephone calls and dealing with enquiries from clients and third parties
- Managing incoming emails, post and scanning, and responding to correspondence as appropriate
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks across the department
- Assisting with file opening and closing
About you:
- Ideally some experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- A proactive and team-focused approach
