Senior Residential Conveyancer – City Centre
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience running your own caseload

A respected, busy city centre law firm is looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who takes real pride in client care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and can confidently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality.

The role

You’ll handle a varied range of residential property matters and build up to a caseload of approximately 90–120 files. This is a fast-paced department with a strong reputation for service, so you’ll need to be organised, efficient and calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Running the full range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, keeping clients updated throughout
• Opportunity to handle more complex matters including:
  • Leasehold transactions
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Help to Buy
  • Redemptions
  • New builds and shared ownership
  • Company purchases
  • Auctions
• Liaising effectively with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties to keep matters progressing
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures

About you

• 5+ years’ experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end
• Confident dealing with volume without compromising on quality
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A team player who contributes positively to a busy department
