Private Client Solicitor

Level: Any level (NQ–Senior) – training and support available
Location: Harrogate (hybrid working – minimum 3 days in the office)
Salary: Competitive + benefits (DOE)

A friendly, well-regarded Harrogate law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor at any level to join its growing Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their expertise with genuinely good-quality work – including the chance to gain experience handling larger, more complex and high-value estates.

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor, or even a Trainee Solicitor with at least 6 months experience in private client matters, who’s confident with the basics and wants to build breadth and depth, as well as someone more experienced who enjoys a smaller team environment with a strong culture and support.

The role

You’ll work on a varied private client caseload, tailored to your level, which may include:

• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and estate planning (exposure available)
• High value / more complex estates (excellent learning opportunity)
• Client meetings and ongoing advisory work

What they’re looking for

• A Solicitor (or equivalent fee earner or Trainee Solicitor) with some experience in Private Client matters
• Any level considered – training and supervision can be provided
• Strong client care and a professional, approachable manner
• Someone who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team
