Location: Darlington, County Durham

An established and highly regarded law firm in Darlington is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Property department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at any level – from Newly Qualified upwards – to develop their career within a forward-thinking, top-tier regional firm.

The Role:
- Acting on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support depending on experience level
- Working closely with a highly experienced team of specialists, handling matters for a diverse client base including developers, investors, and owner-managed businesses
- Contributing to the department’s continued growth and success through excellent client service and business development
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (any level from NQ+), with experience or training in commercial property
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, commercial approach
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and keen to develop within a leading practice
