Float Legal Secretary required to cover all offices/departments for a well established law firm

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a float basis, covering all offices (including Leeds, Brighouse, Batley and Cleckheaton) and all departments. This is a flexible opportunity with options for full-time or part-time hours.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary within a busy law firm.
  • Ability to support multiple departments and adapt quickly to different teams. Departments include; conveyancing, commercial property, litigation, family, employment and wills/probate.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Proficient in standard legal software and Microsoft Office.
