Clinical Negligence Solicitor (3-8PQE) required in York
• Are you a PI/Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 3 years experience in clinical negligence?
• Do you have experience handling claimant catastrophic injury and medical negligence claims such as spinal cord and brain injuries, cerebral palsy cases, fatal accidents, claims against hospitals and other serious injuries?
• Are you seeking a role with good long-term prospects with hybrid or fully remote working?
The role is based in York and duties will include; reviewing medical records, negotiating settlements, issuing proceedings, instructing counsel and obtaining witness statements.
