Senior Conveyancer (Residential Property)
Location: Leeds / Birstall / Brighouse (flexible base)

A well-regarded Yorkshire law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer to join its established Residential Property team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who can handle a busy caseload confidently and is looking for a long-term role with a supportive team and a flexible office base.
The role
You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish, covering a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New-build matters (if experienced)
- Regular liaison with clients, agents and lenders to keep transactions progressing smoothly
Depending on experience, there may also be scope to support/mentor junior team members and help maintain service standards across the team.
What they’re looking for
- An experienced Senior Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or highly experienced Fee Earner)
- Proven ability to run files independently with strong technical competence
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A practical, organised approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Team-focused attitude (and happy to support others when needed)
