Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer seeking a new challenge away from fee earning?
We are representing a leading, independent law firm, based in the vibrant city of Leeds. Their acclaimed Employment Law team is one of the largest in the region, boasting 30 talented individuals. They advise a diverse client base, predominantly on the respondent side, ranging from large corporations to SMEs, across a wide array of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to drive and support knowledge, training, and skills development for a reputable Employment Team.
It’s a varied role where you’ll be instrumental in delivering the firm’s knowledge strategy and driving business development initiatives. You’ll capture technical legal knowledge and disseminate it to fee earners and clients.
You’ll help guide and develop our Employment Lawyers by sharing knowledge, assisting fee-earners with technical queries and identifying training opportunities. You’ll develop and update precedent documents, review processes, and aid business development through drafting articles and thought-leadership publications.
About You:
- You’ll be a highly accomplished Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years’ Post-Qualified Experience (PQE.
- Experience of delivering training and presentations.
- Good communicator and an ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to develop and support junior members of the team with regard to technical knowledge.
