Senior Private Client – Leeds

An established and respected Leeds law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner-level Private Client solicitor (10+ PQE) to join its Private Client team. This is a high-profile role with complex and varied work, including tax planning for business owners, entrepreneurs, and agricultural clients, alongside opportunities to work with the corporate team.
The role offers:
- Collaborative working environment – no individual targets; work closely with colleagues across corporate, employment, litigation, and commercial teams.
- Business development opportunities – some following desirable, but a willingness to engage in BD is key.
- Hybrid working – flexible arrangements with encouragement to spend time in the office; team culture values presence and collaboration.
- Immediate start – busy workload, plenty of high-quality cases from day one.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 10+ PQE with a strong high net worth Private Client background
- Knowledge of the Leeds legal market
- Experience handling complex matters for high-net-worth or business-owner clients
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
