Private Client Solicitor 3PQE+ required in Morley, Leeds
3+ years’ PQE | Dedicated Secretarial Support | Established Caseload
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Morley.
This is an excellent opportunity to take over a full and varied caseload, with the benefit of dedicated one-to-one secretarial support.
The role
You will provide clear, practical and sensitive advice across a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Wills
- Probate
- Estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, building strong and lasting relationships with clients and their families.
Experience of advising high-net-worth clients would be advantageous but is not essential.
About you
Ideally, you will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client work
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Experienced across wills, probate and estate administration
- Familiar with LPAs and Court of Protection matters
- A strong communicator with excellent client-care skills
- Well organised, approachable and able to handle sensitive matters professionally
