Our client, an established law firm in North Shields, is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its team.
Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of qualification, provided they have relevant family law experience.
The Role
You will handle a varied family law caseload, including:
- Public and private law children matters
- Domestic abuse cases
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
Experience of legal aid work would be beneficial but is not essential.
The Candidate
You should:
- Have experience of handling family law matters
- Be able to manage your own caseload with appropriate support
- Have excellent client care and communication skills
- Be organised, professional and sensitive in your approach
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
