Private Client Legal Secretary with minimum 2 years' experience required in Huddersfield
Are you a highly organised and experienced Private Client Secretary looking for a new challenge?
Our client, a well-established, Legal 500 rated Yorkshire law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Secretary to join their team in Huddersfield. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Private Client Fee Earners.
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other legal documents.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Dealing with client queries and requests.
- Managing billing and expenses.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary in a law firm – minimum 2 years experience.
- Experience of Digital Dictation (BigHand) would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
