Private Client Legal Secretary with minimum 2 years' experience required in Huddersfield

Are you a highly organised and experienced Private Client Secretary looking for a new challenge?

Our client, a well-established, Legal 500 rated Yorkshire law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Secretary to join their team in Huddersfield. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Private Client Fee Earners.
  • Managing diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other legal documents.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
  • Dealing with client queries and requests.
  • Managing billing and expenses.
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary in a law firm – minimum 2 years experience.
  • Experience of Digital Dictation (BigHand) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
