Employment Solicitor with 3PQE+ required in Teesside
We are representing a well-established and respected law firm in the heart of Teesside, who are seeking a talented and driven Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle a diverse and challenging caseload, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
- Providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts.
- Managing a caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
- Conducting employment tribunal litigation.
- Providing clear and concise advice to clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to the firm’s business development activities.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Employment Law.
- Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and case law.
- Proven experience in handling a diverse caseload of employment matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commercial awareness.
