Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm in North Leeds, is looking to recruit an Employment Law Paralegal to join its’ team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous employment law experience to join a supportive firm and further develop their career within a busy department handling good quality work.
The Role
You will provide support to the Head of the Employment department on a range of matters and assist with the smooth progression of files, including:
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Preparing files and supporting matters through to conclusion
- Conducting legal research
- Providing general administrative and paralegal support to the department
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous paralegal experience within employment law – ideally at least 12 months experience
- Be well organised with strong attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and client care skills
- Be able to manage competing priorities in a busy team
- Be keen to build a long-term career in employment law
